Ewan McKay

Ewan heads one of the civil and structural engineering teams within Design and Engineering and is responsible for supervising and producing civil and structural design work. He has a wide range of experience including Commercial, Education, Energy, Health Care, Leisure, Retail, Residential and Transportation sectors.

He has been involved in a wide variety of both civil and structural engineering projects from initial appraisal and feasibility through the design stage and onto construction and handover. Ewan also has experience working as part of a traditional design team but also in design & build and novated contracts. He is a chartered engineer and a full member of the Institution of Structural Engineers. He is a Certifier of Design (Building Structures) in accordance with the SER Certification scheme.
