Benefits to Employees
Our team members experience real benefits and opportunities that traditional business models do not offer as part of an Employee Owned business. Here at Narro, we have a hybrid model of ownership. An Employee Ownership Trust holds the majority of shares on behalf of all employees, while individual employees have the opportunity to purchase the remaining shares.
As an employee owner, everyone benefits from:
- Annual opportunity to buy shares in the business
- An annual share dividend payment – as long as we continue to be in profit
- Company-wide bonus paid once or twice a year, with every employee receiving an equal share
- Having a say in the running of the business – with an equal vote on certain strategic decisions
- A vote on the election and re-election of Board members, including the Managing Director
- Having an input into how the profits from the business are used e.g. bonus payment, additional benefits, the annual study trip, investment in training and equipment etc.

Employee Ownership Association
We’re proud to be a member of the Employee Ownership Association, one of the UK’s leading EO organisations. Representing over 700 employee owned businesses across a range of sectors and industries, the EOA provides a platform for businesses to learn and grow.
Members share best practices in employee ownership, and Narro are happy to participate in these activities. We’re also proud to celebrate the annual Employee Ownership Day each year!
