Owen Cairns
Owen is a Senior Engineer in our Civils Team, who joined the Newcastle office in 2022.
He is trained in trained in C3D, Micro drainage, FRA’s, SUDS techniques, Stopping Up Orders, experienced in new and existing adoptable road agreements (S278/38, RCC/S56).
He has a wealth of experience working on projects, from outline feasibility design right through to construction. His previous projects include a variety of multiple developments in commercial, conservation, assisted living, education, public realm works, and residential sectors.
Owen is working towards his CEng status.
He is a team player which works to provide a high standard of work meeting client expectations and above. He is experienced in drainage, Microdrainage, designing of SUDS, AutoCAD, Civils 3D and Vehicle tracking software. He is highly skilled in using Microdrainage and Civil3D software for modelling of drainage, roads, cut and fill, ground modelling and site platforming. He is an enthusiastic professional engineer and applies himself to his work.
