The property was converted into five unique apartments.
The proposals included a roof terrace within the upper apartment. This was carefully coordinated with the existing roof structure, forming a contemporary addition nestled within the traditional townhouse rooftops.
The lower ground apartment includes a sympathetic garden extension to the rear of the contemporary kitchen and dining area. This was constructed with ashlar stone to match the existing façade and floor to ceiling glazing.
Internal alterations have been made to allow for conversion of the space and to meet modern regulations. These alterations had been carried out in a sensitive manner to maintain the property’s character throughout.
