The development consists of three four-bedroom townhouses split over two storeys. The building was changed from a standard steel frame with timber kit infill to a frame with SIPs panel infill to create a more economic design solution. The design allows for a contemporary layout incorporating a fully glazed central courtyard and fully glazed end gable wall allowing natural light throughout the properties.
